I'm sorry, but membership of surrounding countries will cause unpleasant situations in the future. NATO expansion is the cause of so many division and has recently lead to territorial disputes in both Ukraine and Georgia.

I'm just wondering how Montenegro because a member without a referendum and without the support of the people. Looks like it was forced to me - something that will backfire soon enough.

Funny how the referendum in Kosovo (1991) was ignored by the whole world (except Albania), unless of course you are thinking of some imaginary referendum. There was no referendum prior to the UDI.
