Serbia will forever remain a friend of Russia and will never impose sanctions on it, Acting PM and Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic said in St. Petersburg Thursday.

Dacic has all the characteristics of a Russian. In Moscow he would blend right in ... oompa loompa. (po rdha ci, 3 June 2017 19:34)
Dodik and Dacic felt pretty well in St. Petresburg Forum this weekend. They didn't look foreigners here and both had all the characteristics of the Russians.

Dacic has all the characteristics of a Russian. In Moscow he would blend right in ... oompa loompa.

Russia has helped Serbia a lot with de-mining and getting rid of NATO's droppings - unexploded ordnance, including cluster bombs. Russia has helped Serbia put out forest fires for several summers and they also had a summer camp for Kosovo Serb children for many years.
It could have done more to help Serbia rebuild from the bombing, however.

What a leading question to put forward. Comment on Serbia's HEROIC behaviour. Yeah we were being heroic, that is what we are, heroes. Invitation to self flattery is icky. As for friends remain friends forever, he sounds like a six year old in kindergarden

2. "We are grateful to Russia, you helped us when times were hard" that is vodka talking.
Yeltsin was to busy getting drunk. And Putin took Abkhazia, Ossetia, Crimea, and half of Ukraine in exchange for Kosovo. If Dacic really believes that Russia will let all that go only to give back Kosovo to Dacic "because of the friendship" and because Dacic speaks Russian than that vodka is the MOAV - Mother Of All Vodkas.
