Ned Taylor,
If this is true what you say, why has Nasar Oric not been arrested and tried in that court system. He is responsible for the deaths of more than a thousand Serbs killed in the breakup of Yugoslavia. Some justice system you claim it to be.

These men are innocent compared to what the Bosnian muslims did. They should be allowed to go live in Serbia.

Mike: The American legal system and who is prosecuted in accordance with it are matters for the US courts. Bosnia has a legal code and applies it across the board to its own citizens or those committing offences on its territory. The Chief Prosecutor in Sarajevo is hardly likely to drop charges against a person, or fail to bring them, simply because someone several thousands miles away and outside their jurisdiction hasn't been charged themselves.

@ Mike - 1000% agreed, but they still have to stand before God at judgement day! That said, these 3 must still answer for their deeds!

Thank God for the guilty verdicts but if you ask me their prison sentence should be longer or considerably longer.
