Or when they hand over the Radosavljević guy who killed 41 Albanians in the massacre of Qyshk, 45 in the massacre of Racak, killed the Bytyqi brothers after the war had ended and while they were in his custody, and who now sits on the Executive Committee of the ruling party in Serbia.

Serbia can't find those who gave the orders in their strictly disciplined Army but knows for sure who gave the orders in a loose decentralized guerrilla organization like UCK.

When it comes to murder and crime, each case must be investigated independent of prior unrelated cases. Dropping a case without carrying it through to its solution means that the lives lost mean nothing to the investigators. Further, the people who committed those crimes once are capable of committing them again, against anyone. It's quite the shame that discrimination and ethnic hatred is interfering with this case. This type of nonsense must stop.
