Sorry to disappoint you but Vucic cannot steer himself from behaving like a clown at every opportunity.
Serbia hasn't qualified on being a REAL country for a long long time. After 80-90 years, you guys cannot manage a territory awarded to you in 1913 and UN had to intervene to stop you from destroying it. You were awarded a state where all Serbs were in it and you screwed that one up too. It wasn't enough that Serbs were all in one state, you wanted to be the dominating nation in Yugoslavia and tell others how superior you are and how lucky they are to live under your yoke. In the Balkans you were the privileged ones with France, Great Britain, Russia as your allies and yet,you managed to alienate them too with that attitude.
Please spare me the "I am better than you" nationalistic attitude.
Before bragging about your superiority to Albanians, look behind what you had until 1991 and what you have now. Serbs are scattered thru 4-5 different countries - same as Albanians. How do you like them apples?

Our relationship with Russia ended in the 60's and we don't want to mend it. You can cry to Russia all you want, but they won't do anything about it.
