Looks like Serbia and Belorussia are only European nations in this EuroAsian Union.
And then they say Latin America as well how is it a union? Maybe a trade treaty but Union does not sound like it.

Serbia among countries interested in Eurasian Union - Putin
According to Vladimir Putin, about 50 countries from Europe, Asia and Latin America are interested in cooperation with the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU).
