Don't try to hide your disappointment sj, we know your feelings are crushed. What is Russia trying to tell the Serbs? I think you know deep down Serbia desperately wants to join NATO, the Russians know it too! That is why Russia has kicked Serbia to the curb. Serbia will be left out in the cold and all alone.

Being an Albanian its difficult for you to understand. Why would they ask the Serbs to attend? It's not a significant date. Its 72 years since WW2 ended.

It must be a very slow news day to run this article. Why does Russia have to invite Serbia? This is not a milestone event so Like Russia, Serbia celebrates at home but invites dignitaries such as ambassadors etc to attend those celebrations.

Putinko must be mad.

According to the serbo-russophobes he was mad when he invited them and when he didn't. He has better brains that anybody in the world I think. What if too many countries now wish to march here ? And some of them are our allies in Syria, in Indochina, in L.America ...

@vic99 & Avni - Could Heinrich83's comment below be true? Could it be somewhat true? Are you really stuck in the 70's like that? Why would he say that? Isn't "Kosovo" like State-of-the-art "country"? The land of milk & Honey? Pure Bliss of equal human rights? Whats he talking about? Why is he saying this? I thought the "Germanic" were more supportive of the so-called "country" than the Clintons were? Just asking!

And why should they even attend? They are in process of joining western civilization and our way of life. This means leaving old ways behind Russia included. If we can turn Serbs against Russia, and educate those Muslim subhumans in the south Balkans we can finally have piece and prosperity in Europe where Russian ways are not welcome. They can parade as much as they want on their own, sometimes it seems as if they still live in the 70'.
