Justice system in true democracies functions independently of the executive or legislative. Hence, Serbia's PM's three month aims to placate any criticism directed at him or his government and has no real bearing in the relations with France, or for that matter Kosovo.

Release Brice tatons killers...
if France can release a killer suspected of killing Serbs.... then Serbia can release the killers of Brice Taton, a Frenchman...
The Albanians will always threaten war, especially those living in Kosovo. Many Kosovo Albanians are like butterfly's, islamist butterfly's which fly from one jihadist war to the next, helping their Islamist brothers wherever they can...
So it does not surprise me when I hear that Kosovo Islamists are threatening war against a Christian country, this is normal for Kosovo Albanians.

@Watcher:

In Q4 last year, Serbia grew the GDP by 2.5%, Kosova by 3% and Albania by 4%.
So much for your exciting times - you Serbs are all victims of your own propaganda.

France doesn't care if Serbia wants to join EU or not. But Germany whoaa they are pissing in their pants to get Serbia cause they need Serbia. Their old plan was to Germanize the Serbs.

Who cares about France and traveling there! The only people who are travelling to France has been Africans anyway.

@ Guest- Calm down, big boy;) Everybody has their issues and history, some bad, some good. What you can't seem to comprehend is that was then, this is now. I don't have to prove anything, just read the news...any news...They all point to same...Srbija has the PRIME location right in the middle of the Balkans, that's why they are always fending off powers to be. Major hihgways...that's what its all about. Beograd...and then big highways every which way you want to go. I agree, Amsterdam is Amsterdam..but Beograd will be the Balkan version...nothing wrong with that...get into the mix and be part of it...exciting times;)

Dude, the two don't even belong in the same sentence. Belgrade and Amsterdam? Are you Serious?

Belgrade- Europes capitol of sparking wars, giving birth to political thugs, criminals, and the list goes on.
Responsible for hundreds thousands of deaths, concentration camps, rape camps and forcing millions outof their homes. Most of your belgrade high ranking officials have been convicted for war crimes, and some died in cages before convicted.

This request for extradition was always going to fail. The puppet-masters were always going to ensure that one of it's paid terrorists would still remain coated in Teflon,at least for now.Is this piece of detritus worth falling out over with France,which has it's own problem with terrorists? Not at all. It would seem much better to send in special forces if he dares to wander arrogantly around Kosovo which we all know is occupied Serbian territory,regardless of what this upstart thinks,and arrest him where he committed the crimes.Really Belgrade should send the Army in and overtly extract him but Vucic won't have the balls to do that for fear of upsetting his new puppet-masters the EU,which incidentally Serbia doesn't need anyway.

Yeah! strong message 3 months. France must be shaking in it's boots,that will make the Eu think twice about pushing Serbia around...LOL. Serbia wants to join the EU , you will have to play by there rules in the end or YOU ARE OUT! Vukic says he wants a independent foreign policy that's not going to happen,Serbia will have to change if it wants in the EU. If Serbs don't understand that than you truly are naive! That also means giving up Kosovo,in the end the EU will demand it so do it now or don't even bother joining the EU!!!!
