The Galeb series are high performance craft and with every high performance craft there are occasions when something can go wrong. It is common in all militaries.
On the question why did the pilots not eject? It could be there was an explosion and they did not have time to eject or the aircraft was close to a town/large settlement and to eject would have killed many people so the pilots redirected the plane to a safe area. To the families of the pilots my deepest condolences.

According to your theory of God working in mysterious ways the 40,000 car fatalities in the US last year was the work of God or many be the 35,000 fatalities from fire arms was due to God as well?
More die in Kosovo from leukaemia and various cancers each year due to depleted uranium, which were dropped by your allies, than people killed in road fatalities on Serbian roads. I gather that would also be the work of God and, if so, you guys are truly behind the eight ball.
