As far as Macedonia goes, an agreement was reached in Ohrid and as far as I can tell, the Macedonian government has not kept its end of the bargain. Also, just because you have 2 official languages, doesn't necessarily mean you're becoming "federalized." I think it just means that official documents are in Macedonian and Albanian, that's it. I don't believe the Slav Macedonians would be under any obligation to learn Albanian and vice-versa.

Initially Greater Albania was north-west Rus and I guess all Balkan peoples were Albanians in the Migration Period of 4-6 centuries that is 14-16 centuries of Scaliger-Petavius. But I see no reason why Serebia cannot play this game now. Shqiptars are a bone in the throat of every single neighbor that they have. With rare exclusion Serbs are the same. So there can be combinations when the interests of the two ethnoses will come together.

From Serbian point the Shqiptares play a negative role at least in Kosovo, Montenegro and Macedonia. Why not help them join Albania ... under some conditions of course. Serbia may obtain great influence in these two countries if the Shqiptars wave hands. To say nothing of the anti-Serbian regional front. Just division of Kosovo will be obligatory part of the game.

The justification for these rights is no longer tenable when Serbs comprise now barely 1% of the population, and at some point veto would have to be removed because it does not make sense any longer. Maybe another 20 years, Serbs would be 0.1% of the population. Do you see where this is going?

Russians too have no phobias against you as far as I can judge. The only thing we have to settle is Kosovo. I personally believe that it must be divided in some proportion that will take into consideration the Serbs who had to abandon their native lands, the Orthodox sites and some other issues. So your strategy that the winner takes it all is unacceptable and the sooner you come to realize it the better. I personally believe that Kosovo was Rus land with all the churches and monasteries built during our reign. But Serbs inherited them and they derserve to obtain them all with free access for the Shqiptare Christians. Otherwise the keys to Moscow are in Belgrade now. Serbia shout loud about “The greater Albania”, creating a lot on confusion in Albanians neighbors, while in my opinion she actually is thinking about ‘Greater Serbia”!

None of our neighbors believe that, Greeks, Montenegrins, maybe Macedonians because Fyroms already have a lot of problems and are in mess, but still – just create a panic on them.

Although the investment you talk about is very small, Tirana is at least putting as much money as it can afford into tourism and there are several places where they have done a fabulous job. However, Albania requires one thousand times more than is currently being spent in every area from tourism, roads, energy, water and transport to bring it up to standard.
What Albania needs badly is industry because with industry employment is all year round while tourism is only a 3 month window and since Albania is very mountainous and winter sets in early you can only rely on coastal tourism for the entire summer period.
On neighbour relations, Edi Rama has not shown to be a good neighbour.
On Kosovo army, Pristina cannot afford an army since it does not have the money to keep a standing army.
Most of the weapons you mention are actually given to Serbia by the Russians. So far the only things to be paid is the upgrade of the MiG 29s and I think some payment is expected for the helicopters but not all and the rest is aid. Remember if you want peace prepare for war.
Serbia wants only what is hers. It does not want any part of Albania or Hungary or Romania – only what is hers and she will get it back.

Serbia shout loud about “The greater Albania”, creating a lot on confusion in Albanians neighbors, while in my opinion she actually is thinking about ‘Greater Serbia”!

So let’s throw some fireworks around, especially about Greater Albania.
None of our neighbors believe that, Greeks, Montenegrins, maybe Macedonians because Fyroms already have a lot of problems and are in mess, but still – just create a panic on them.
Now, my question is to create the Greater Albania – we need a big army, new weapons, new helicopters, war planes …etc…etc….. Albania has a lot of problems, even with its own people in Macedonia, Kosovo and she is investing in economy not army – Kosovo has not an army?? So???

And the Greater Albania is a firework – while the real intention of Serbia is the Greater Serbia?
Well with a simple analysis, you can arrive in this conclusion?
But, that never gonna happen! In Bosnia Serbia must do whatever she like to, but in Kosovo she has to deal with Albanians. She is preparing to do something, for this she don’t like to have a Kosovo army there. But, Serbs should forget that!

Although the investment you talk about is very small, Tirana is at least putting as much money as it can afford into tourism and there are several places where they have done a fabulous job. However, Albania requires one thousand times more than is currently being spent in every area from tourism, roads, energy, water and transport to bring it up to standard.
What Albania needs badly is industry because with industry employment is all year round while tourism is only a 3 month window and since Albania is very mountainous and winter sets in early you can only rely on coastal tourism for the entire summer period.
On neighbour relations, Edi Rama has not shown to be a good neighbour.
On Kosovo army, Pristina cannot afford an army since it does not have the money to keep a standing army.
Most of the weapons you mention are actually given to Serbia by the Russians. So far the only things to be paid is the upgrade of the MiG 29s and I think some payment is expected for the helicopters but not all and the rest is aid. Remember if you want peace prepare for war.
Serbia wants only what is hers. It does not want any part of Albania or Hungary or Romania – only what is hers and she will get it back.

When you are ready go for it. But always remember that Serbia has the strongest military in the Balkans and if you guys start something NATO will not lift a finger and if you don't believe me ask Erdogan about Germany's response to his request for NATO to get involved after the Russian jet was shot down, and remember that Turkey is far more vital to NATO than Albania or Kosovo.
