I'm sure you will find a way to love your fellow Russian Alexei Navalny when he becomes president. (Bob, 27 March 2017 23:38)

Despite total media control there are still tens of thousands of people who somehow dare to go on the streets to protest and it is a bit of a nuisance.

Don't waste time for something impossible to happen. Those 10k made 0,02% of the Moscovites. Most often they were students who received money for the show. I expect Putin's rating to increase up to 90% this year. Now it is 86.7% and we have plenty on nationalistic organizations ready to tear apart any internal Americans, liberals and whatsoever. It's not Croatia babe ! It is Russia ...

I'm not Chinese - didn't you notice the ;-)

But even if I was, your trying to link an individual Chinaman with some kind of responsibility for the politics of China is inappropriate.

The two questions were:
1. Do you think Russians will finally get upset if my friends and I start to steal 75% of the oil revenues instead of the current 50%? With oil prices low and yachts and chalets quite expensive we could really use the extra cash.
2. What do you think will be most effective against anti-corruption protesters: tear gas, beating them senseless with clubs, or sending them to gulags in Siberia? Despite total media control there are still tens of thousands of people who somehow dare to go on the streets to protest and it is a bit of a nuisance.

Support Alexei Navalny.

No more Czars! Say no to Czar Putin!

Agreed, but while we on this subject we can also ask for another party to rule the US other than Democrats and Republicans. I think 180 years of Tweedledee and Tweedledum is enough. Don't you?
