Will Serbs in Kosovo vote in presidential elections?

Kosovo President Hashim Thaci says that Pristina has not yet reached a decision with regard to the elections for the president of Serbia.

What about Serbs living in other countries? Will they be eligible to vote? For example in Austria there are about 300,000 Serb. ([link])

First of all no one gives a figs what Thaci thinks and if you don’t believe that just look at what happened to the so called Kosova army. All Thaci is doing is big noting himself to show he in control”.
On the issue of Serbs living in other countries and voting, yes they can provided they have valid ID papers. However, Serbia does not recognise a separate Kosovo so there are no problems in organising a vote. Thaci will pretend to mull over the question then umm and ahh then quietly give the nod. It’s a show for local consumption. He knows it can’t be stopped.
