I don’t understand why these declarations are seen like a victory by Serbs?
I don't understand if you are so brave why you fear so much? What is this hysteria against! Ohh.. very brave - I told it once Serbs do the brave just with the unarmed people.
In my opinion NATO and USA are trying to keep Kosovo out of the conflict. I’m really happy and even more tranquil if they stay in Kosovo, seeing the last situations in Balkan.
Albanians should keep calm and don’t follow the Serbian provocations, and do not fear the immediately necessity of one army, because NATO and USA are there.
To create a army is needed a special budget, military training, and a lot other thinks that need to be discus before the creation. Is not that you wake up and create it, just because Serbia is threatening you every day. Just keep calm! You have nothing to fear even though Serbia is threatening you with war. Take all the legal measure and all will be done.

First of all; army or no army this means Serbia can't make a move without "consulting" NATO. Second; I don't think Thaci would have made a move with American approval. I'll wait and see. Most important thing is no Serbian army will ever enter Kosovo.

If Milosevic would play war by phone, over 10,000 Albanians would be alive today, 1 million would have to be refugees and probably 200,000 Serbs would still be in Kosovo. Maybe Kosovo wouldn't have declared independence.

It came out during train debacle that Police can go North when it pleases but looks like Kosovo Army needs the green light from Nato.

From this you can deduce what you like but the simple truth seems they know Kosovo Army is being created.
