Don't know what your talking about as I remember Serb police, militia, having Kosova on brutal lock downs none stop, and their wasn't any conflict at the time, the Albanians had absolutely no weapons at all & you would be shocked to hear of someone that had a 50 year old shotgun which was used for hunting rabbits & that was very rare!
Yes I lived in Kosova at the time as well, however for me it was complete barbarism, brutality, oppressive, state of war like, quite simply put a living hell was established by the state of Serbia & the very minority Serb population of Kosova!!!

i think why as albanians should make peace with serbia i think a war in kosovo cannot happen whithout nato dissolves and this i think will not happen also bondsteel is owned by the usa till 2099. but do we want foreign troops forever in kosovo? this cannot be the solution. im sure a peace agreement is possible and both peoples want it but we need also to know that our leaders donot represent us they are foreign bought by the united states. im also sure all yugoslav wars were foreign sponsored. i can speak only for myself i was born in pristina and in pristina there where many many serb families some of my best friends in that times as child were also serbs and the familys in pristina visited eatch other we had never problems until a man came to power Milosevic with this man came to power my father lost his job and many others.the economy going down and we fleed to switzerland not because of prosecution but simpy because of bad economy i remember this from skopje to zürich with air plane in 1991.now we are all swiss citizens.im also sure a peace agrement will never hapen because most of the people are simpy brainwashed by the media and hatred.

First they try to put a provocative train inside Kosova without a permission , didn't work, and now the same people (vucic-nikolic) go to this meetings ? How do they show their faces ? Do they feel embarrassed a little ? I guess they are used to these pathetic , no dignity culture

They are doing things behind the peoples' back. This is not not transparent nor democratic. Anything they agree on should have to pass the people's and/or government vote and ratification.
The Serbian government had done nothing good for Kosovo Serbs - only a bunch of empty half-promises.
These "dialogues" should be halted and Serbia should reverse all agreements if the other side hasn't honored its.

Since 2012, Serbia has conceded everything to Kosovo. They have recognised their independence but Vucic knows now is not the time to declare it so of course, he hides behind the Brussels agreement. But the EU can't force that moron to recognise independence, he made the conscious decision to do so.

Even if Vucic openly stated on TV that Serbia recognises Kosovo, the Serbian people would not care at all!!! A typical Serb from Beograd, Novi Sad, Pancevo could not care less about Kosovo. They may be keyboard warriors but in reality they are all cowards.

As general Nebojsa Pavkovic said, if Serbs won't fight for Kosovo then Serb don't deserve Kosovo.
