Serb entity cuts all contacts with high rep over NDH insult
The government of the Serb Republic (RS), the Serb entity in Bosnia-Herzegovina, has decided to suspend all contacts with High Representative Valentin Inzko.
My comments over the false history almost stop when it comes to the 18-20th centuries. Mi-6 recommended Churchill to stake on the Communists because they brought more casualties for the Germans. Besides the USSR supported and once even saved Tito you know. But Mihailovic started his was 3 months before Tito got the instructions from Moscow. We all know that the Nazi brought civil wars to every single state that they occupied in the east or in the west be it poland or france or ussr or yugoslavia. We also know how the postwar trials were conducted ... We also know that indirectly many forces contacted the nazi. Nevertheless Armia Krajowa or the Chetniks remain parts of the anti-hitler coalition headed by the Great USSR. So whatever you say Chetniks and the Ustashas were Heaven and Hell. Serbian Heaven and Croat Hell you know ... It was a big mistake of the Serbs to save you from Nurnberg Tribunal I think. Same as the Soviets saved the Poles ... Gratitude is a stranger word both in the Croat and the Polish culture ...
Colonel Mihailovic is the pride of the honest people ! He was the first to rebel against Hitler and no one fought Hitler longer than the Cetniks ...

This Inzko character thinks he can act like an Austrian-Hungarian ruler over Slavic people. The Bosnian Serbs, who proudly took their own survival in their own hands, deserve every respect and support for ignoring this person. After all, it was Austria as part of Nazi Germany who facilitated and supported the creation of the NDH. Unless Inzko apologizes for his remarks he can be considered dead to RS, its representatives, and it people (they probably think like that already anyway).

The judges of the CCBiH base their opinions on the country's Constitution. According to your logic, CCBiH should not adjudicate anything ever because any decision would inevitably be based on the Constitution which is the product of a political process!
Also your suggestion that the OHR should have condemned the CCBiH for wrongly adjudicating something is total nonsense. The OHR is not a court that can review the CCBiH adjudications and decide whether they are right or wrong.
