"Which country in the world would accept the unilaterally declared secession of part of its territory?

-- England when it accepted America's unilaterally declaration of Independence. Turkey when it accepted Serbia's unilateral declaration of Independence. Russia when it accepted Finlands unilateral declaration of Independence. Spain, Portugal, England, Netherlands, Belgium when they accepted the declarations of Independence from all of the African countries, Latin American countries, Asian countries. As a matter of fact accepting unilateral declarations of Independence is the normal. It's what happens in the vast majority of cases, throughout history. The opposite is abnormal.

Why is his country, Denmark, trying so hard to keep Greenland, which is 3,500 kilometers away, or the Faroe Islands, which are 1,300 kilometers way?" asked Dacic.

-- There has been nothing that Denmark has done that shows Denmark is working hard. For example in the last 15 years Denmark hasn't sent tanks against the population of these territories. It hasn't ethnicaly expelled them. Nor has it orchestrated activities that are detrimental to the well being of those populations. All of Serbia's arguments are total complete cow manure.
Serbia aiming to destabilize the region. It is planting the seeds of war.

@ Peter the Rock - Not sure it's Serbia that's sinking more and more everyday...hmmm! Might be easier for you to go to sleep thinking that way, not sure. At the goading of the west, Pristina declared independence, not understanding that they will pay the price if it doesn't work out. USA & rest of West is a LONG way from K&M, meanwhile Serbia is always right there...Time to negotiate a true, lasting agreement that won't be pretty for either side. Our future youth depend on us working together. As far as the US & the west, time for Pristina to spit that hook already!

How much money did you get for this interview Mr Soren? Is this your wish and call for another pogrom as in 2004? Or this is just one of the attempt to show that you were also part of that history?!

Security Council Resolutions have the attributes of International Law. A declaration of independence by an assembly in Pristina has no effect whatsoever on the status SCR 1244.

Petersen thought it appropriate to attack Serbia for not applauding the independence of Kosovo, although he used to be the chief of the UN mission, the organization whose Resolution 1244 is still in effect. Perhaps it would be good if he were to request this of his own country Denmark, which has annulled the unilaterally proclaimed independence of the Faroe Islands," Dacic said.

What a moron, he and the rest of Serbias leaders are sinking Serbia into a deeper and deeper hole by the day! As for 1244 that resolution if read correctly became obsolete on 2/18/08 with Kosovas Declaration of Independence!!! Kosovas 97% inhabitants some 1.9 million have chosen their destiny and path, and this doesn't include Serbia!
