Why does the headline to this article not say 'appropriate and proportionate response...'?
That would be a more legitimate conclusion based on the facts the US claim to have.
It might also be journalistically more appropriate too.

Has Obama got any moral authority to accuse Russia or any other country in the world for wrong doings? The biggest menace to the international community since world war II is the United States of America. No other country can come close to the number of kills/murder of innocent civilians as the USA.With his daily childish taunts he looks more out of his depth than normal.He just has to face the fact that he got a bloody nose when taking someone his own size on few occasions .
