Ovo je interesantna vest. Imace velike implikacije i po banke u Srbiji.

Evo danas jedna od vesti - nisam bash siguran da je istinita, mora da Nemci testiraju vodu, Rohatinski je poznat kao vrlo tvrd igrach:

"Hypo Group Alpe Adria: BayernLB in talks with National Bank of Croatia on dropping acquisition bar

BayernLB, the German regional bank, could see the dropping of a regulatory bar to its purchase of Austrian bank Hypo Group Alpe Adria, Sueddeutsche Zeitung reported.
A spokesperson of BayernLB confirmed to the paper that the bank is in a “constructive dialogue” with the National Bank of Croatia, which is the financial regulator in that country. The national bank initially forbade BayernLB from obtaining control of the Austrian bank’s Croat subsidiaries, Hypo Alpe Adria (Zagreb) and Slavonska Banka (Osijek). However, Sueddeutsche Zeitung noted that Croatian news reports claimed that national bank governor Zeljko Rohatinski had changed his opinion.
At the end of May, BayernLB sealed the deal to buy a majority stake in Hypo Group Alpe Adria for EUR 1.63bn. Earlier reports said that the Croatian subsidiaries contributed 26.4% to the Austrian bank’s profit last year, and that should BayernLB be forced to sell them, they could be of interest to Raiffeisen International and Erste Bank, the listed Austrian banks.
