Interior minister seriously injured in car crash

Interior Minister Dragan Jocic and his driver were injured in a car crash near Velika Plana last night. In a statement this morning, the Interior Ministry said that Jocic had been transferred to the Banjica Orthopaedic Clinic, where he has undergone surgery, and is now convalescing in the ICU. The injuries to his spine are described as serious.
