Husa Arben, a 24-year-old Albanian from Kacanik municipality, has been arrested in a Serb cafe in Strpce for carrying explosives on his person. He was arrested by the Kosovo Police Service (KPS) and tied to a fence in the yard of the police station until members of a KFOR bomb disposal unit arrived.
