Maybe this guy was paid some money to do this. The question was asked what was he doing in the cafe probably buying coffee and i do not his motive, but i will say this my shokis and i went to Strpce all the time because i had a girlfriend there and no one gave them a second look. Albanians go there all the time they just do not tell anyone. Throw the would be bomber in jail and try him as a terrorist i am sure they will have protest saying he did not do it.
