Kosovo police say they confiscated more than 500 pieces of weapons and a large amount of bullet rounds in three locations.

Large weapons cache seized in Kosovo

“We discovered around 400 handguns in a car in Priština, while anther 106 handguns were found in five houses in Priština and Devet Jugovića. Most are CZ 6.35 models,” police officials said.

Several hunting rifles and approximately 2,000 bullet rounds were also seized, according to the KPS.

Police arrested two men and are looking for the third in connection to the weapons cache.

Officials did not reveal their identities, but said they believed most of the guns and ammunition confiscated Wednesday came from Macedonia.
