PODGORICA Unknown perpetrators early on Monday morning threw an explosive device in front of a residential building in Podgorica's Blok 9 neighborhood. The chief of police in the town of Bar, Milos Radulovic, lives in that building. Hand grenade explodes in front of police chief's apartment The Montenegrin police said that four cars were damaged in the incident. The device is said to have been a hand grenade, and was thrown at cars parked in the street. The police investigated the scene and are working on the case. Podgorica's daily Vijesti noted in its report that in early June, unknown perpetrators "threw dynamite" in front of the same building, where Radulovic has an apartment.
