BANJA LUKA Bosnia's Presidency Chairman Nebojsa Radmanovic has reiterated that the RS will be able to secede once a half of the UN members have recognized Kosovo. He stressed that the Republic of Srpska (RS) parliament had adopted a declaration according to which the RS would have the right to secede once a half of the UN members recognized Kosovo. “When half of the UN member states recognize Kosovo’s independence, the RS will believe that the international system has changed and that the RS will have the right to secede from Bosnia-Herzegovina,” Radmanović stressed.

He believes that Bosnia-Herzegovina’s EU pathway is not frozen as EU Enlargement Commissioner Stefan Fule said recently in Sarajevo.
