Croatia's president-elect Ivo Josipovic, who is due to officially take over on Wednesday, spoke about Boris Tadic's decision not to attend the inauguration. Josipovic said he regretted the fact that Serbia's president decided not to attend, and that he had "extended a hand to Serbia, hoping it would be accepted by Tadic".
