Slovenian prisoners take state to court

The announced charges were also commented on by State Secretary of the Slovenian Justice Ministry Bostjan Skrlec, who said that while there were reasons found in the process to back up the claims of the prisoners, the situation could also be solved by correcting the problems within the prison.
