Voting is ongoing in early parliamentary elections across Montenegro this Sunday. Voters will also choose local councils in the towns of Niksic and Budva, and mayors of Herceg Novi and Tivat. Montenegro votes in elections 16 electoral tickets are battling to enter the 81-seat parliament – seven coalitions and nine independent lists. A little over 498,000 citizens are eligible to vote in Montenegro.
