Belgrade recalls ambassador from U.S.

Serbia's ambassadors in the countries recognizing Kosovo's unilateral independence are ordered to urgently return home. Prime Minister Vojislav Kostunica said today in Belgrade that Serbia's ambassador to Washington was the first to receive the order. Belgrade recalls ambassador from U.S. Kostunica addressed the parliament to say that by recognizing ethnic Albanians' declaration of Kosovo's independence, the Unite States showed the whole world its bully face of raw political force. Serbia considers both the declaration of secession and the acts of its recognition illegal under national and international law, and, as a UN member, demands respect of its internationally recognized borders. The prime minister repeated that Serbia will never recognize the fake state of Kosovo in its territory, and that the province remains an inalienable part of the country.
