At a press conference held at the Serbian government Tuesday, Matić stressed that such an interest indicated a great demand in the Russian market for Serbian brands "which could, according to her, create production capacity problems for our textile companies adding that they should nevertheless take advantage of this opportunity to export their goods."

Advisor to the USAID Serbian Entrepreneurship Development Project (SEDP) Timothy Collins said that this was the 12th time that Serbian companies had taken part in international fairs in Europe and the US with support of the USAID/SEDP.

He stressed that Serbia had a good sense of style and that style was a huge intellectual asset, adding that a lot of effort was invested in the joint participation of Serbian companies in Moscow.

Representatives of Čačak-based Tiffany, Trikotaža Ivković from Boleč and Klik Fashion Agency from Belgrade said they were pleased with their presentation at Serbia's national exhibition stand in Moscow, adding that the Russian market represented a huge potential for Serbian companies.

Companies Legend (Subotica), Mona (Belgrade), Garman (Arilje), Zekstra (Belgrade), as well as Exit and Utip from Novi Pazar were also presented at the fair.
