Shots fired at northern Kosovo town mayor’s home

Unknown persons fired at Zubin Potok Mayor Slaviša Ristić’s house in the village of Jagnjenica, but nobody was injured, Kosovo police Spokesman Besim Hoti says.

ZUBIN POTOK Unknown persons fired at Zubin Potok Mayor Slavisa Ristic’s house in the village of Jagnjenica, but nobody was injured, Kosovo police Spokesman Besim Hoti says. “The incident happened around midnight,” Hoti noted. Nobody was injured but the house suffered minor damage. Shots fired at northern Kosovo town mayor’s home Ristic’s house is located only 20 meters from KFOR’s checkpoint. Hoti said that the attackers most likely used automatic weapons and that several bullets hit the house. The police still do not know what the motive for the attack was or who is responsible for it.
