The Hague Tribunal trial of Radovan Karadzic has been suspended for one month, said reports. This came as the defense asked for time to review documents that were disclosed late by the prosecution. In the next month, Karadzic will be able to study documents found in the hard disk of a computer belonging to former Bosnian Serb Army (VRS) intelligence officer Dragomir Pecanac. The computer was seized in his apartment in Belgrade in 2009. The defense believes that many of the 14,276 pages in question will prove favorable for Karadzic. The former political leader of Serbs in Bosnia is standing trial accused of war crimes and genocide.
