Central bank prevents dinar from sliding

The value of the Serbian dinar will remain unchanged Wednesday with the official middle exchange rate at RSD 111.1809, the National Bank of Serbia (NBS) says. The dinar hit its record low against the single European currency on March 27, when the official middle exchange rate was RSD 111.1992, and its yearly high on January 11 with the rate at RSD 103.6922.

The indicative dinar vs. dollar exchange rate was RSD 83.3440 on Tuesday, down 0.1 percent from the day before.
