The International Monetary Fund (IMF) has approve a stand-by arrangement with Kosovo worth EUR 108.9mn. The duration of the stand-by agreement would be 18 months. IMF approves EUR 108.9mn for Kosovo The IMF board of directors approved the aid, which was announced to be forthcoming in May, according to a statement issued on Wednesday night by the financial institution. Kosovo would be able to withdraw EUR 22.1mn immediately from the IMF, and the rest would be able to be withdrawn gradually in installments, depending on the implementation of measures for the stabilization of public finances in Kosovo.
