Austrian A-TEC now has the money to buy RTB Bor, company CEO Mirko Kovacs has told Vienna daily Standard. A-TEC now has enough money to go through with the purchase, and should Serbia decide to sell the copper mine, the deal could be wrapped up quickly, said Kovacs. CEO: A-TEC can afford Bor now As far the purchase of any other companies was concerned, he said that, for the time being, he was only interested in Bor. At a meeting of A-TEC shareholders, it was decided to increase the start-up capital, and purchase back some of the company’s own stock.
