Dodeljene nagrade Critic's Choice Awards: "Frankeštajn" i "Grešnici" odneli najviše priznanja FOTO

Ipak, najviše nagrada, ukupno četiri, osvojili su filmovi Grešnici (Sinners,) i Frankenštajn (Frankenstein). Grešnici je trijumfovao u novoj kategoriji za najbolji kasting i ansambl, a kući je poneo i nagrade za najboljeg mladog glumca, najbolji originalni scenario i najbolju muziku, piše The Hollywood Reporter.

S druge strane, "Frankenstein" je osvojio nagrade za najboljeg sporednog glumca (Džejkob Elordi), najbolju scenografiju, najbolju kostimografiju i najbolju frizuru i šminku.

U glavnim glumačkim kategorijama slavili su Timoti Šalame za ulogu u filmu Marty Veličanstveni i Džesi Bakli za film Hamnet. Nagrade za najbolje sporedne uloge pripale su Džejkobu Elordiju za "Frankenstein" i Ejmi Medigan za film Trenutak nestajanja.

Pesma Golden iz Netflixovog filma KPop Demon Hunters proglašena je za najbolju pesmu, a isti film je ujedno osvojio i nagradu za najbolji animirani film.

U televizijskim kategorijama dominirale su serije" Adolescenc"e kao najbolja mini-serija, uz čak tri glumačke nagrade, The Pitt kao najbolja dramska serija i The Studio kao najbolja humoristična serija. Nagradu za najbolji tok-šou osvojila je emisija "Jimmy Kimmel Live!".

Svečanu ceremoniju, održanu u Barker Hangaru u Santa Moniki, četvrtu godinu zaredom vodila je Čelsi Hendler. Ove godine uvedene su i četiri nove kategorije: najbolji kasting i ansambl, najbolja zabavna emisija, dizajn kaskaderskih scena i zvuk.
