Najiskreniji i najbolji savet - nista spolja vam ne moze pomoci. Tacka. Koren svega je kao i za ~90% ostalih problema vrlo prost - ishrana, tj. sta unosite u sebe. Rezultati su vidljivi posle ~2,3 nedelje. Ovo je savet/iskustvo od 'matorog' coveka koji je propatio u mladosti zaista mnogo zbog akni, tako da potpuno razumem koja je to patnja. Probajte i vratite sebi veru u zivot :)
1. Stop all sugary sweet foods as well as processed carbs (rice, bread, pasta, etc) and practising IF
2. Stop all the dairy (Way too high in estrogen/hormones) Except for kefir, yogurt and optionally raw milk
3. Adding probiotic foods like yoghurt, kefir, sauerkraut, homemade lacto fermented veggies and optionally raw milk (fresh from the organic farmer, not heat treated, no de-natured proteins, still having all the enzymes and probiotic bacteria alive)
4. Treating the skin with probiotcs as well, in this case Apple Cider Vinegar. Mixing 1 tsp water with 1 tsp ACV. Dabbing a cotton patch in it, cleaning the skin with it, then washing the rest off with fresh water. No other products. The probiotics in the ACV are very helpfull for the natural skin bacteria
5. Adding Zinc, Vit D3, Vit A and Omega 3 to the diet. Best would be through food, but supplements are ok too
6. Green veggies!! Lots of them. Juice them if you cant eat them. Especially the bitter kinds (arugola, dandelion)
