At least five people were killed in a shooting in Jerusalem, Israeli media reported.

Medical services initially reported that at least 15 were injured, six of them seriously.

Police said those who carried out the attack at the main intersection at the northern entrance to the city were killed.

For now, there is no official confirmation of what was the possible motive for the shooting, who carried it out and how many attackers there were, but information appeared on social networks that two armed attackers entered the bus and opened fire.

All entry and exit points in and out of Jerusalem are closed.

Terrorists neutralized, used the "Carlo" gun

The terrorists who carried out the terrorist attack at the Ramot junction in Jerusalem used an improvised automatic pistol "Carlo", better known as Carl Gustav, according to images from the scene.

The improvised gun is usually produced in illegal lathes in the West Bank and has been used in numerous Palestinian attacks in the past.

Both gunmen were shot and "neutralized" on the spot. Their identity is still unknown.
