The best Serbian tennis player of all time, Novak Djokovic, shared the medical documentation to clarify the speculations about the injury that caused him to surrender the semi-final of the Australian Open to Sasha Zverev.

He posted a photo of the injury on social networks with a message addressed to "experts" who questioned the reasons for the surrender.

The French sports newspaper "L'Equipe" consulted doctor Vincent Guiard from the French Tennis Federation, who analyzed the recording.

"I see a muscle lesion at the level of the adductor part, but without a complete MRI it is difficult to determine exactly which muscle it is. The recovery time can vary from three to six weeks, depending on the treatment," Guiard explained.

Due to the injury, Djokovic will miss the Davis Cup matches against Denmark at the end of January. His scheduled appearance at the ATP tournament in Doha, which begins on February 17, is now uncertain.
