Željko Obradović’s resignation from Partizan remains a major topic in the basketball world, including on the official EuroLeague channels.

In a EuroLeague special ahead of the “eternal derby,” Bogdan Bogdanović spoke about it, and a comment from Turkish journalist Deniz Aksoy was also featured.

Deniz Aksoy, who is a close friend of Obradović’s daughter Anja, shared part of her conversation with her.

“He and his family are among Partizan’s biggest supporters. His daughter Anja is a good friend of mine. Regarding his resignation, Anja told me: ‘Deniz, believe me, this is good for my father’s health. We love the club, we are the biggest fans of the club, but believe me, this is good for his health,’” Aksoy said.

Bogdan Bogdanović also spoke about ŽOC’s love for Partizan.
