Vučić was welcomed, together with the Minister of Defense Bratislav Gašić and the Chief of the General Staff of the Serbian Army, General Milan Mojsilović, with the Guard's honor platoon and the anthem of the Republic of Serbia.

The collegium started at nine o'clock. In addition to the President of Serbia and the Commander-in-Chief of the Serbian Armed Forces, the Prime Minister of Serbia Miloš Vučević, Minister of Defense Gašić, Chief of the General Staff Mojsilović and members of the collegium of the Chief of the General Staff are present.
