In New York, Vučić met with the Prime Minister of Spain Pedro Sánchez, the Prime Minister of Greece Kyriakos Mitsotakis, the President of Slovenia Nataša Pirc Musar and the President of Croatia Zoran Milanović, with the Prime Minister of the State of Israel Benjamin Netanyahu, with the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the United Arab Emirates Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, with the Lord Chancellor, the Secretary of State for Justice and the Deputy Prime Minister of the United Kingdom. of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, David Lammy and with numerous other world leaders.

Vučić attended a reception organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in New York in honor of the establishment of the Non-Aligned Movement. Vučić stated that the Non-Aligned Movement represents one of the most significant chapters of our foreign policy, through which Serbia, as the successor of the former Yugoslavia, left a deep mark in the history of international relations.

He pointed out that this movement, based on the principles of freedom, equality and respect for sovereignty, remains today a symbol of striving towards a fairer and more equal world, in the spirit of the UN Charter and the universal values ​​of peace.

Let us recall that, in addition to a series of important meetings in New York, the President of Serbia also spoke at the United Nations General Assembly in New York, where he said, among other things, that "Serbia will remain independent, overcoming internal challenges with the strength of its statehood and firmly focused on building a resilient future."

In New York, Vučić also met with the Secretary of State of the United States of America, Marco Rubio.

"An important and meaningful conversation with Marco Rubio about strengthening the political dialogue between Serbia and the USA, along improving economic cooperation and common security challenges," Vučić emphasized after the meeting.
