Vučić: The end will be on April 15; The colored revolution was long in the making

"I have no sources either in the Kremlin or in the White House about the conversation between Putin and Trump, I think we are far from peace, but it is important to talk. The ceasefire on energy facilities is certainly significant for Russia and Ukraine as well. It is certainly important to move towards peace. I have always said that peace will not come until one side begins to achieve greater results," said Vučić at the beginning of his speech.

He added that it is good to discuss the free navigation of the Black Sea.

Speaking about today's attack on student Miloš Pavlović in Pionirski Park, Vučić said that a certain Bilanović from Šabac entered Pionirski Park with a knife.

"He hit two young men with his fist. They caught up with him and handed him over to the police," Vučić said.

He points out that a good part of the public does not condemn such incidents, recalling the attack on Miloš Pavlović.

Vučić said that these months will be remembered as months of extra-institutional terror in Serbia.

"We are literally exposed to daily terror. This is where our country has shown certain weaknesses, but people must keep in mind that we are being attacked from the outside by a colored revolution. This has been in preparation for a long time, we were just waiting for an occasion. First we had dissatisfaction, then the anger of political parties, then they started blockades, putting the color revolution into action," he states.

Five stages of the color revolution

He compared today's events in Budapest with the events in Serbia, and that those pictures show that it was all organized against several libertarian leaders.

He pointed out that this colored revolution is being prepared on five levels:

1. Development of the non-governmental sector - example: previously CRTA was called LINET.

"They received 16.6 million euros. Most of them are financed by Sweden, USAID, the embassies of Sweden, Germany, etc., from TRAG to Civic Initiatives. That's huge money, with more than 13 million euros," said Vučić.

He explained that TRAG served to form a parallel scheme in each municipality, and that in as many as 72 municipalities they formed their own NGO organizations, creating de facto political committees.

"The same goes for the case of CRTA and Civic Initiatives. They launder money through non-existent taxi drivers. When they get 26 million, they transfer 11 million to the taxi drivers. How? No way! Money laundering! ProGlas was also founded by Civic Initiatives. Money was also paid by SoccerBet for Civic Initiatives. They also have their own taxi driver. Everything was done to create a different audience and to prepare for a colored revolution. So, that betting company gives tens of millions for civic initiatives. The honest betting company is very interested in the development of civil society in our country," said Vučić.

He added that it was no coincidence that one of those organizations announced that British experts concluded that the "masses" were fired from Vortex weapons.

"None of Vortex exists in Serbia. So much for expertise and experts. They didn't even think they could lie and cheat a lot, they did it just so another day would pass with their lies," he confirmed.

2. Find media groups for pressure, create as many platforms as possible, and first of all a central platform that will bring under the protection of foreign intelligence agencies, a criminal like Dragan Šolak, who is always considered a criminal and a money launderer.

"Netherlands and Switzerland have already initiated proceedings against that criminal and at some point that criminal will be convicted. As soon as they finish their work here, I hope that he goes to prison. Because you know, their protection never lasts until the end. Henry Kissinger once said well, it is very bad to be an enemy of America, and it is even worse to be their great friend," he added.

3. To force various factors to go to the polls.

"Through their plans, with the great support of Brussels, they did everything and did their best to avoid supporting those local governments in various ways where they had local self-governments, such as Šabac, and to enter into all spheres of social life in different ways. I am especially referring to the judiciary, where through various USAID programs, open doors, etc., they organized seminars where they collected and created their network of prosecutors, which you could see today, their total of 91 prosecutors, administrative staff and judges. Therefore, they should create their own network that will be loyal to someone else and another country," said Vučić.

4. The Black Swan: Countless lies and fabrications on a daily basis.

"When you have done all this, you have to do all that against that country for the sake of a so-called pumping. Of course, like in Hong Kong, where they carried out an action in the same way with students and pupils. In Hong Kong, that operation had a code, that is, the code name Water. Why Water? They carried out the same western services as here. So, Water, because you can't catch anyone, because they don't show their face, because as soon as you show your face, there will always be people who like it and who don't like it. When you don't show your face, but it's all around you and it just invades, then it has to have a chance of success," he explained.

5. The next stage in the color revolution was, as he says, his dehumanization, criminalization and denial of the results.

New movement from Saturday

Vučić revealed that the meeting of the initial committee for the Movement will start on Saturday.

"From Saturday, we are holding a meeting of a small initiative committee for the movement. You will see some people you have never seen. Then we will start building the movement with the people and choose a name and form it on June 28. We will have a small gathering. We will have the first promotion of the movement with the founding team either on March 28 or April 4," said Vučić.

As he said, there will be a small gathering of about 5,000 people on that occasion.

"I hope we will be able to gather so many people, but at least we won't lie about the numbers," said Vučić.

He pointed out that they will bring 5,000 people in order to send the right message to the citizens and tell them what they stand for.

Vučić points out that there were less than 107,000 people at the protest on Saturday, but more than 88,000.

"The BIA made a mistake because it had an overlap of people walking around at different times. It's certainly a large number of people that I wouldn't underestimate, I'm just saying that they are well trained," said Vučić.

Vučić added that this will soon come to an end.

"My assessment is that it will be over by April 15. The announcement of the political parties is that they will meet in the next two days, to say that all the opposition parties have decided to enter the government and to ask the students to unite them and to support the transitional government. Then there will be turmoil, because there are those who will not do it. Then they will try to push it. They will try to hold a meeting on the day when the assembly is scheduled, and then they will try to elect a government. Then they have to form plenums, fictitious bodies, but nothing will come true," said Vučić.

Vučić stated that the professors at the faculties participating in the blockades are not doing it for the sake of the students and for the future of Serbia, but for themselves, adding that they will not receive the compensation that should be paid to them tomorrow.

"From the beginning, I always had more faith in student blockers than in these other blockers, I mean professors, teachers and everyone else because those professors and teachers are doing it for themselves, not for the sake of the students, not for the future of our country. What they are doing is a shame and that's why they won't get anything on their accounts tomorrow," said Vučić on TV Pink.

As he said, of course they will make up for it because they are mostly rich people.

"They will make up for themselves, we fulfilled this fourth request for them to be even richer, and now they will get zero dinars. Tomorrow I think this they should get part of their salaries, they will get nothing," he said.
