If it was a comfortable life in the US, then why move? I have yet to meet a migrant, as opposed to a refugee, who has moved from a comfortable life to one that is more difficult. I have found that people moving to a more difficult life are escaping something.
I know life in Serbia can be difficult but that is all due to their economy being destroyed by the US and their western partners. Nor have I ever said that Russia was a paradise.
The problem with people that live in the US think that America is the greatest, but its not. Its an illusion spread by the media.
I have been to the US recently and to be honest I would not like to live there at all. The US has had its hay day. My father lived there from late 1947 to 1950 and comparing it today – there is no comparison. During his time a man could find work keep a family and even set some little money aside to buy a home. Today that same job could not feed one person let alone a family.
I have watched Serbs being maligned and vilified by the west so forgive me if I have a bad taste about the US.
As for social security is concerned good luck on that one since the US debt is expected to increase by 10 trillion in less than a decade. It’s out of control and civilian and military pension commitments could not be met if the US does not borrow.
I doubt that JS lives in Serbia. He is an Albo drone.

  8. JS was a failure in the US but a huge success in Serbia.
    (sj, 12 November 2018 09:42)

Obviously, so was I (replace "Serbia" with some countries of "Eastern Europe") and Zhukov (replace "Serbia" with "Russia").

Except that I don't even have a single farm.
There are about a million and one reason to move from, say, Serbia to the States and about the same number to move back.

It's neither a success, nor a failure. A major factor to move from the States back to this area is the university tuition, language skills and healthcare costs. It is not uncommon for American family to have over 500K in debt for all of these, in certain areas we are talking about millions. I just do not see, how can the older folk and their kids pay all the tuition and mortgage back.

Zhukov (according his words, JS) and myself while living in the States started to calculate. The solution was obvious.

And of course there is about a million reasons to be upset living here after the "comfortable" life in the States. But there is no debt in the bank. I perfectly understand the frustration of JS. But he has to count the beans in his bank account, everything has a price.

Neither Serbia, nor Russia is a paradise on the Planet Earth and U.S. is not the Hell. It's just money. I do believe, the economics of debt-management in the U.S. is not sustainable. Hope, the Social Security will be intact as long as we live.

Bulgarian guy to German: "if you eat that, we will give you one million transferable Roubles".

Done deal, the German delegation eats sh*t first, than they file the paperwork.

They walk... and see the same thing again. Now the Germans propose to Bulgarians: "if you eat it, we will give you one million transferable Roubles". Bulgarians of course agree, eat sh*t, file the paperwork.

Few minutes later they ask: "Comrades, we... we... actually ate sh*t for free!"

The Germans: "Comrades, it's not correct: we made a turnover of two million transferable Roubles and our comrades in Moscow are happy to see politically good cooperation"

  38. Dacic: "Previously, Dacic said that Pristina is describing the withdrawals of Kosovo's recognition as lies and defamation, because it "hurts." "

Prishtina is describing them as lies because they are exactly that, lies:

    - Liberia refuted the reports that it had withdrawn the recognition of Kosova, two days after Dacic claimed so. Yet, Dacic is counting that as a non-recognition.

    - Guinea-Bissau, reconfirmed the recognition of Kosova, and even accepted the credentials of Kosova's ambassador there, yet Dacic still claims that it withdrew recognition.

    - The same with Sao Tome and Principe, the same with Ghana.

Dacic is a scam artist. All he does is theatrics, to mesmerize the willing spectators. But when the act is over, the reality remains the same.
At the end of the day, the independence of Kosova doesn't depend on what Liberia, Lissotto or Granada has to say. They can recognize one day, de-recognize the next and re-recognize the third day. It doesn't really mean much. The acceptance in the UN doesn't mean much either, no country ever became richer or more secured by being part of the UN.
And if Serbs thought that this would give them an edge in negotiations, you're sorely mistaken: You've only managed to harden your opponents stance.

No, one can never steal a bit of land and suddenly make it independent. It was doomed to fail from the beginning. Albanians keep speaking about this and that, but reality counts. Kosovo has never ever been this far from being an own state, never.
Stay on track Serbia, as I have said before, Serbs doesnt realize how much support they have gained the last couple of years And opposite for the albanian side. (This depends much how the albanian leaders have behaved. You see, the intern. community see and remember.) 👍👍👍

  46. Speaking about the Pristina government decision to increase the tax on "imports of goods from Serbia and Bosnia-Herzegovina by 10 percent. Poor Serbia and its greater criminal Brpska screwed again. Poor Serbia subsidizes with welfare money northern Kosovo to the tune of 500 million Euros. Now that will add another 100 million Euros to Pristina coffers government. Serbs think they are so smart but screwed over again and again. Some one has to pay for Kosovo army and equipment. Mite as well be the intelligent legendary Serbs in their own mind.

    (JS, 7 November 2018 14:42)

Pay attention that out of sudden there are bunch of Frenchmen on the other thread, as it looks, representing different views in "Serbs vs. Albanians" conflict. There are some signs, one of the trolls is a Canadian resident Serb and French studies are mandatory in Canada, even outside of Quebec.

I could be wrong - but maybe our Canadian Serb "Danilo" is talking with himself. And, of course, I don't even have a proof that you aren't "Danilo" either.
Apologies, but there are some signs, even that "JS" could be "Southern Serbia" indeed.

The things regarding mutual trust and respect look horrific.
B92 may really look seriously how to make this place more transparent. At last, they have a pretty powerful owner now, more material support from BBC won't hurt.

In addition to that there are numerous technical issues with the forum engine itself. All this requires ££££. B92 should ask for more.

I had an OK relationship with Roberto, outside of B92.
As I said many times, Roberto was / is correct on many things. I recall, Village Bey surprised me somewhat telling, Roberto is 100% correct. I would say... 90%, 100% from Village Bey was exaggerated. The 10% broke the back of the camel tough and we (Roberto and myself) weren't even on talking terms.

The reasons why I was angry at him, in that order:

    - "We know it better" regarding Serbia and Russia (pardon me! By any chance, I should know it better!)
    - The loud, ugly "on-line orgasm" when Saudi Arabia recognized Kosovo.

If nothing else, he should say: "the extra recognition is very useful - but we should clearly stand up and maybe even refuse the diplomatic relation with this barbarian country".

Would he said that - I am fine. Given his background and kissing the back side of S.A. was just improper, I almost vomited: how low someone can fall. That his critics towards Serbia was to probably 90% correct? Yes, but that did not matter anymore.

    - The language reflects certain valid feelings.

    >But I agree that the resident Albanians
    >were probably going wild about Comoros when the tiny country >recognized Kosovo as an independent country.
    (JS, 7 November 2018 14:42)

    - I am not sure, there is ANY Albanian here at this time,
except Sken1444. And even he is not "resident".

    - There is at least one person who openly posts with trolling purpose. The mask falls down once or twice a year, watch the language! He knows, that I know it - and I know, that he knows.
I call him "Danilo" but that, too, is merely a moniker.

I believe, he is behind of much trolling here, but probably not all of it. Roger7 suspects more, than I do.

You said it mate! Every one of these little Bongo Bongo recognitions 10 years ago was met with euphoric praise from the same people who now laugh it off and ridicule Dacic. If "every vote counts" was what they were saying back then, then it doesn't matter if the lost recognition comes from Comoros or Canada. Sovereign states don't lose recognitions. Kind of tells you what Kosovo is.

    (ombre, 7 November 2018 12:19)

Exactly. No integrity, no backbone. Sh*tting in own mouth. I am talking about the usual suspects here. Looks, like an article tailored for them.

That would be the moment when I, if I would be a K-Albanian would say:

"As much as it wasn't a big loss for you when we bought these cannibals, so is not a big loss for us losing their support. Sad to see that even a little money we have was enough to buy them for a few years"

That's it... saying precisely THAT our usual guests like Azir - Peter - blah/blah/blah would get a nod from their so-called opponents.

    Why that did not happen?

    1) Not enough bravery, backbone. There you go, Azir-the-pussycat, with your big "tool", good on-line only!

    2) The goal is to p*ss of as many Serbs and even their POTENTIAL(!) supporters as possible.

    3) The goal is a nasty anti-Albanian propaganda. By pretending to be Albanians, throw as much sh*t to the wall as possible and hope, some will even stick:

"From our comments it is obvious, who writes these is a violent thug and a nazi pig. Yes, we are Albanians"

Such tactics is known to exist, let me not tell, who does use it.

  57. Au contraire, Darmon. The project is collapsing. Mainly through Kalb stupidity and incompetence, but also the dawning realisation of those countries you mention that the ruling clique in Pristina are a very unpleasant bunch and not to be trusted. They realise whatever economic, geostrategic interests they have in the region would be much better served with a friendly and competent Serbia.
Those organ harvesting terrorists, who lied their way, with These same countries, to blame Serbs for everything and presume some victimhood that is divorced from reality, will lose.

No one would care - but I see that the ice cream licks back.

I recall, that when the Tribal Republic of Mamma Jamma and Kosovo announced the mutual recognition the usual suspects (Avni, Azir, Peter-the-vacationeer, and maybe even you) had literally on-line orgasm.

While orgasming, "Rocky" boy announced, the Tribal Republic of Mamma Jamma will be his next vacation.

It happened with every single announcement of recognition.

Now according the usual suspects the very same Tribal Republic of Mamma Jamma became the dirtiest place in the Universe, the home of savage cannibals.

No backbone, no integrity. These "usual suspects" are on the same level as savage cannibals. That ice cream is a back-licking one.

No one cares about Comoros - but it is ironic to see the resident trolls eating own sh*t.

You will not be laughing when you learn that at least 40 of those countries that "recognised" Kosova never did. It was the US of Piss and Wind that made those announcements for them with the threat of cuts to aid LOL. Sadly lads the aid is drying up; hey when kids in schools in the state Connecticut have to share pencils or break them in two so they can do school work in school it does not take a genius to work out what is going on. More reverse summersaults on the way. Hope you keep your sense of humour though LOL.
