Can someone explain how the process has changed?
That is a major change if the EU decided to change the process without any of its members having any input into the changes. I was under the assumption that all the EU members still have to vote and agree to accept any new members and that all new members have to meet the same creteria as all of the existing members.
More details as to what are the official changes and what is wishful thinking.
