Vucic says "someone else" may have to form new government

It looks like Serbia went against the EU wall, and the wall is not moving let alone crumbling. What he doesn't want to speak about is pretty clear for everybody:

1. Kosovo recognition
2. Joining the sanctions against Russia

Unfortunately for Serbia, somebody has to do it, so he's looking for a Muppet to do the dirty work and he can return triumphant later in time.

One likely reason is that he has made conflicting promises to different people either other Serbian parties or EU, Russia, US etc
for example the SPS wants some deal with Russia that SNS does not want.

A second similar reason is a game of chicken with the SPS or other parties, hoping they will lower what they want to become part of the government.
for example Dacic wants finance minister to be from SPS but Vucic wants that position for one of his own party members.

November 5 is the best day to form the cabinet I think.
