Again, it seems we have a English comprehension problem. To you, the word "recognize" means the act of recognizing a country into existence
(obvious, 24 May 2016 16:13)
Not "we" and not "to me". According to a certain "obvious", "the UN does not recognize Kosovo as a country and therefore it is not a country". So it was this certain "obvious" who defined the word "recognize" to mean the act of recognizing a country into existence!
----------
For example, when the UNSC "recognizes" a country, they recognize that X country may participate in some sponsored UN activity

That's called "invitation" in English, not "recognition". In addition, this certain "obvious" said "the UN does not recognize Kosovo as a country and therefore it is not a country". He/she did not say "the UN does not recognize Kosovo as a country and therefore it can't attend a UN sponsored activity"!
I'm assuming you are a different "obvious" because I don't want you to appear like a psycho who can't read his/her own writings :)
----------
It would be better if you proposed something original or had some original reply to the article that was written on the site instead of always attempting to tear down what others construct. Its boring to always have to read.

What do you define as "original"? The unsubstantiated "original" BS you come up with?!
