UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon has expressed concern over the slow pace of implementation of agreements in the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue over the past year.

I think it's mostly due to Serbia blocking Kosovo's membership in international organizations, despite the fact that we agreed not to do that.

First of all, Serbia is not in the position to block membership, neither in the UN, nor in FIFA, as we could see.
Second, this 'slow implementation' is due to bad, unqualified and untruthful Pristina politicians who speak with a forked tongue - playing the 'good Europeans' in Brussels and after returning home, do everything to delay, twist the words and obstruct the agreed and signed deals, ignoring even written deadlines, only to please nationalists, fearing to push more citizens into the arms of the violent nationalist extremists and radicals.
