How about signing an agreement between 2 countries to reconcile and sanction hatred... this leads nowhere or to some new war in future.

This one source from a person who was long in retirements when srebrenica happened and you take him and a more than dubious site as a source?

Srebrenica is well documented, actual videos of the killings by serb forces, testimonies by serb forces, investigations by the biggest NGO`s worldwide. Its recognised by UN and almost 99% of the members. Thousends of witness. Tons of evidence. Vucic went there to apologize. Now why would he do such a thing if it was made up? Is this for real or are you just a parody?

Robert Baer was a senior CIA operative that was involved in Yugoslavia. He was working for the US not Serbia mate.
Baer’s statement was supported by the former police chief of Srebrenica, a Bosniak. He said that Izetbegovic wanted an incident so he proposed sending in special Bosniak units to Srebrenica using knives to achieve the objective of blaming the Serbs to force them to the negotiating table.

Do you recall that famous picture of an emaciated Bosnaik standing behind barbed wire which conjured up the idea of concentration camps? Well the reporter and camera crew that took that film went to great pains to point out that it was not true, but the west blamed the Serbs.

NGOs are another word for spies mate. William Walker was an “employee of an NGO”. Then there was the Australian Steve Pratt, who was a spy, a bad one at that.
Do you recall the weapons of mass destruction in Iraq? The US has thousands of documents and testimonies and even Colon Powel went to the UN with maps of the location of those weapons.
Then we go to Libya and Syria. Every action that the west took they had “tons” of evidence, but it was all BS. All lies.
Vucic did not apologise mate. He went there as part of a process of reconciliation not an apology.
