More Serbs committing war crimes... what's new. Crime is the only thing they know how to do. What else to expect from a nation with no achievements who can only succeed by hating and stealing lands from their neighbors. A nation of losers and haters.
(Genti, 16 February 2016 04:18)

Lollll recently in the news we have Djokovic winning his 11th grand slam and being called the greatest player ever, Serbia hosting a very successful waterpolo (champions) and futsal (4th place) championships and a few Serbs putting up good numbers in their rookie year in the NBA. On the other side we have famous albo martin skreli raising the price of aids medication and getting into internet fights with rappers threatening to kill him, rita ora posing topless on some low level magazine cover in the most sluttiest pose as her music career looks to be done and some mobsters wife drita getting arrested for attacking other women.

No, you described Albania and Albanians. Like most things Albanians do, they steal from others. Even the way others describe Albanians. No creativity whatsoever.

Nobody, anywhere, believes for a minute that the arrested Serbs are guilty of anything. The Albanian government, and especially its courts, are nothing but a bunch of evil clowns. Furthermore, they are completely impotent without their babysitters from the EU and NATO. And the EU and NATO are protecting those Serbs. They don't really want anything to happen to them. And the Serbs know it too. Look at them. Despite the accusations, they are not afraid. Do you see fear in the face of Ivanovic? Of course not. He is playing along. The Albanians are not going to hang anyone. They are the ones who need to be hanged and everyone knows it. Everyone. These Serbs are safer in jail under the Albanians then they are in the Hague. Imagine a Serb died in Albanian captivity like they have in the Hague. There would be real trouble.

As for your beloved Warcriminals. the good thing is, once there is a interpol warrant for them only death can save them from prosecution. Just like former Nazis who are hunted down until today.

Dude, you really need to get a better hobby. I mean we all need something to look forward to getting up in the morning, but having a hard-on for what you call Nuremburg Trials for a number of Serbs is winding down, while the ones for Albanian "heroes" are starting. Besides, most, if not all, the Serbian bigwigs have already been caught, have been convicted, or are awaiting verdict, and most Serbs really don't care anymore. If Kosovo wants to all of a sudden start accusing every -ovic, -evic, and -ivic out there, while working overtime to call every accusation of KLA warcrimes a smear against the Albanian people, don't be surprised if the rest of us (non-Serbs included) interpret it as a sign of distractive desperation.

Accuse, indict, and issue warrants for whoever you want. They did the crime, they do the time. I just find it funny how these arrest warrants come usually before something bad is about to hit Kosovo. By all means, cry "genocide" too. That's great for a round of international laughs.

And if you're going to play Godwin's Law and invoke Nuremburg to somehow get me upset, remember there's a special tribunal just for KLA war criminals, so be careful about what snarky language you use :)

A nice attempt at cover knowing the international community has already established a formal war crimes tribunal for KLA leaders, is pressuring Kosovo's government to demarcate parts of its territory for Serb local management, and is pressuring the Kosovo government to get its opposition parties in order to avoid SYSTEMIC state collapse.
(Donkey Hoxha, 15 February 2016 15:51)

I have bad news for you. Unlike your Nürnberg Trial (ICTY), the special warcrime court was established by the government of Kosovo. Serbia has one too (besides your very own Nürnberg Trial the ITCY). Just like Bosnia and Croatia. Its standard procedure. See ICTY local judiciaries: http://www.icty.org/en/outreach/capacity-building/development-local-judiciaries

"In Serbia, a specialised War Crimes Chamber of the Belgrade District Court and a War Crimes Prosecutor’s Office were established in 2003 with the ASSISTANCE and support of the international community. The same year in Croatia, new chambers that would deal specifically with war crimes cases were formed within the County Courts in Zagreb, Osijek, Rijeka and Split."

Unlike the trials against Bosna and Croatia, the Serbian state wont be able to hide behind civil war.
(Gjon Marku, 15 February 2016 13:09)

Um, I hate to point out the painfully obvious to you once again Gjonny boy, but Serbia will have even more of an ability to claim it was a civil war since Kosovo was universally recognized as part of Serbia up to 2008 whereas Bosnia and Croatia already seceded. So I don't know where you came up with that rationale but hey, you make thinks up as you go along.

And before you get a hard on about these vague set of warrants, we should figure out what the charges are, considering 14 Serbs all in one area of Kosovo are charged with war crimes and they didn't flee to Serbia Proper, or even northern Kosovo. They're not even in a municipality protected by ZSO, but rather out in the open, living large for all these years? They're either the dumbest Serbs around, or the charges amount to all sorts of "crimes" like wearing T-shirts with Cyrillic writing, flying a Serbian flag, or listening to the wrong turbo-folk singer.

Yeah, let's accuse a few Serb farmers of war crimes as distraction :)

"I'm not surprised by this, there's also the 'Djakovica group' of 15 persons with warrants out for them - a period of time is coming when we will be facing a small avalanche of such criminal proceedings."

He should have mentioned that the warrants, just like the Gjakova Group, are going to be turned into international warrants if the accused cant be found within a certain period.

Every country, that has recognised Kosovo and/or is member of Interpol is going to extradite the accused. There can be obstacles because Kosovo is not a Interpole member yet, but thats just a matter of time. In the Gjakova group case for exemple are whereabouts know but Serbia still protects them.

Even though, Serbia is the safest country for those Warcriminals, time is against them because those cases are going to be setteld very soon in Chapter 31, 24 or 23.

Every imprisoned warcriminal is going to be a valuable witness in the inevitable genocide trial against Serbia. Unlike the trials against Bosna and Croatia, the Serbian state wont be able to hide behind civil war.

Good times a head of us !!!
