Statement "Sky Partner is Serbian company established by airline SAS (in the meantime taken over SWISS) and Paris Airport Orly. " is not correct.SAS never took over SWISS, it was Lufthansa Group. If, however, we talk about Swissport (formerly SWISS owned) this one was taken over by a Swedish private equity fund (PAI). So again no SAS.
